The menu of the restaurant La Estancia ®️ is the result of the collaboration between Nicolas Hesse and the chef Olivier Camus la Guérinière, who knows the subtleties of Argentinian gastronomy well and re-interprets it with inspiration and a slight "French Touch" to cook the perfect meat and surprise with 100% fresh and homemade dishes.
